EARTHING DRAWING & LAYOUT

  •  Indian Electricity Rules-1956 (latest edition).
  •  National Electrical code- 2011 of Bureau of Indian Standards (latest edition).
  •  IEEE Guide for safety in AC substation grounding, No. ANSI/IEEE standard 80- 2014.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT BLOCK DRAWING

Electrical control systems are a complex element to work on. A single fault can lead to damage to the whole system. Elcetrical AutoCAD block drawing precision emit the probability of fault.

  • Any errors are detected and rectified as quickly as possible.
  • Trace the power distribution path from the incoming power source to each downstream load
  • Includes the ratings and sizes of each piece of electrical equipment, their circuit conductors, and their protective devices.

PLANT SINGLE LINE DIAGRAM

NFPA 70E 2015 (Article 205.2) mentions “A single line diagram, where provided for the electrical system, shall be maintained in a legible condition and shall be kept current”. Single line diagram information typically includes:

  • Incoming line, All mains and load cables
  • Main circuit breaker, main fuse, switch, and bus-tie
  • Power transformer, Transformer for control system
  • Feeder circuit breaker, Fused switches relays
